9/26/23 COVID Vaccine Update
We have received the new COVID-19 vaccines!
ONLINE SCHEDULING IS NOW AVAILABLE!
You can now schedule your child’s vaccine conveniently online through the New Patient Portal, or by calling our office. If you haven’t accessed your patient portal and would like to get set up, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you.
Due to supply of the vaccine, at this time we will be scheduling patients that are the ages of 6 months through 4 years only on Thursdays, and patients that are 5 years through 11 years can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
Please see below the Pediatric COVID-19 Dosing Reference Guide to determine when your child is eligible for the new dose. If you have questions, please feel free to call our office, press 5 to speak with an RN and select the option to speak with an advice nurse.
**Sunset Pediatrics only carries Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. And at this time, do not carry the vaccine for ages 12+.

Please note, we only have the Pfizer vaccine at our office at this time, so if your child received a first dose of another vaccine formulation, we will not be able to provide the booster dose at our office at this time. If your child received a first dose of the Pfizer vaccine elsewhere and you would like to schedule the booster dose at Sunset, we would be happy to schedule that.
If your child already received a dose of another vaccine formulation and you are looking for where to receive the booster dose, please check below:
