If you are not getting Sunset Pediatrics reminder text messages or check in links, your phone system may have blocked our texts. To unblock our number and make sure you continue to get important appointment reminders please follow the below steps:

Android phones:

1. Open your “Messages” app
2. Tap your Profile icon or the three-dot menu (…) in the top-right corner.
3. Select “Spam& Blocked”
4. Tap on the conversation or phone number you wish to unblock (503)461-1515
5. Tap the “Unblock” button at the top of the chat

For iPhones:

1. Open the “Settings” app
2. Scroll down and tap “Apps”
3. Find the Messages app
4. Tap “Blocked Contacts” (you may need to scroll down to find this)
5. Find (503)461-1515 and click on it
6. Tap “Unblock”
