Location & Directions

Enter off of Barnes Rd. and park in the East Parking Structure (first garage on your left), or use the free valet parking, available on the lower level of the East Parking Structure (opposite the Fountain Entrance roundabout.). Enter the hospital via the East Pavilion Entrance (near the roundabout and water fountain). Go straight past the welcome desk to the bank of 6 elevators that will be on your left. Take any of the 6 elevators to the 8th floor. Take a left from the elevators and head all the way to the end of the hall. Our clinic is suite 840.

US-26 going East
Take Exit 69B toward Park Way/Barnes Rd.
Turn Right onto SW Baltic Ave.
Turn Right onto SW Barnes Rd.
Turn Left into the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center Campus.

US-26 going West
Take Exit 69B toward Park Way/Barnes Rd.
Turn Right onto SW Baltic Ave.
Turn Right onto SW Barnes Rd.
Turn Left into the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center Campus.

OR-217 going North
Take the Barnes Rd. Exit.
Turn Right onto SW Barnes Rd.
Turn Left into the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center Campus.
