Flu Vaccines 2025-2026
Flu vaccines are available at Sunset Pediatrics for patients 6 months and older as well as their parents and caregivers! To schedule a flu vaccine either visit the patient portal to book a Drive Thru appointment online or call our office to schedule a flu vaccine in the office at 503-296-7800.
Drive Thru Details:
WHO: Any Sunset patient age 6 months and older, with no egg allergies or reactions to vaccines in the past, as well as their parents/caregivers.
WHAT: A convenient drive-through option to receive your flu vaccine!
WHEN: Drive thru appointments are available on Friday afternoons and Saturdays from Sept 19-Oct 4th. If you would prefer an appointment Mon-Thurs, please call our office to book an appointment in the clinic.
WHAT TO EXPECT: The drive-through flu clinic will be held in the parking lot of 9340 SW Barnes Road. The entrance to the parking lot will be marked with signage. Plan to arrive at your appointment time to help us keep the flow of traffic moving. You will enter the parking lot where a member of our staff will greet you and direct you where to go. Please drive slowly and cautiously as our staff will be on foot. Wear loose comfortable clothing; nothing tight or long sleeves. Children under 9 years of age should wear loose shorts.
NOTE: For children who have a strong fear of needles or who generally require more time to become comfortable, we recommend scheduling your flu vaccine in the office to ensure safety of the child as well as provide additional comfort measures if needed.
