*Due to staffing, there may be days where our phones are rolled to our answering service at 5pm. The office is still open for visits until 6:30pm. 

After Hours Contact:

If you have an urgent concern after clinic hours, please call our office at 503-296-7800 and our answering service will contact our provider on call. The physician will call you back. Should you have issues connecting with the answering service through our phone number you can contact them directly at 503-963-6123.
